  • How often do we order Milk?
    Milk is ordered twice a year -- once in September (for Sep-Jan) and once in January (for Feb-Jun). If you are starting later in the year and missed ordering, please contact our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • How often do we order Pizza Lunch?
    Pizza is ordered twice a year -- once in September (for Sep-Jan) and once in January (for Feb-Jun). If you are starting later in the year and missed ordering, please contact our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • How often do we order Special Lunches?
    Special Lunches are ordered about every eight weeks -- in September, November, January and April. If you miss ordering, you will have a chance to order up to five days before the next Special Lunch using PayPal.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept PayPal online. You may also place your order online, then print out your order to submit to the school with cash or cheque (payable to: Morden HSA).

  • Can we pay for food programs with the cashless system?
    No. While W.H. Morden P.S. offers the Cashless Schools system, the W.H. Morden Home & School Association operates as a separate entity with its own financial reporting. For parents, this means that school-associated fees (such as field trips, spirit wear, yearbooks, etc.) can be paid via the Cashless School system, while H&S-run events and food programs can be paid on our web site using PayPal (or submitted by cash or cheque).

  • What if I forget what I ordered?
    When ordering online, you will receive an e-mail with a record of what you ordered. We recommend that you file your e-mails in a folder for future reference. Another suggestion is to mark on your calendar which days you have ordered food.

  • What if my child is away on the day milk/pizza or Special Lunch is delivered?
    You are welcome to pick up the pizza, milk or Special Lunch for your absent child, or have a sibling pick it up. Because milk and pizza are pre-ordered months ahead of time, we cannot issue refunds. If there is an extended absence, please contact the milk or pizza coordinators. Because Special Lunch is ordered closer to the date of delivery, you may be able to cancel an order up to a week before Special Lunch day and receive a credit toward a future order.
